I have other crowns that go to my gum line with no gap whatsoever. This new crown does not and my tongue keeps wanting to touch it because it's sharp, I feel the gap!! Not to mention at times it's sensitive to cold and when I yawn. Should I ask for a new crown? I mean is this normal?

Hi:In my experience with clencher and grinders, after any dental work even a simple filling, more clenching and grinding is activated for the period 2-4 weeks. Wearing a nightguard is one way of controlling this process.Best,Dr. Maddahi
Well, Dear sorry to say but they are looking wired in pictures and even noticeable. If you are not feeling comfortable then ask your dentist to change the crowns.
