I use CoolTone for muscle toning and find that it gives good results. I have not used EmSculpt, so I cannot compare the two devices. I would assume that most physicians would use one device or the other and not both, so you will probably get a difference of opinion based on which device each physician uses.
No, you should not have CoolTone treatments when you are pregnant. Such elective treatments in general should be avoided during pregnancy as it is difficult to study devices, medications, etc effects during pregnancy--best wishes for the rest of your pregnancy!
