I use CoolTone for muscle toning and find that it gives good results. I have not used EmSculpt, so I cannot compare the two devices. I would assume that most physicians would use one device or the other and not both, so you will probably get a difference of opinion based on which device each physician uses.

Unfortunately it is not safe as the metal or titanium can become heated and cause issues. The company recommends against any metal implant and use of CoolTone.
