I am of normal body weight with slight fat in abdominal area. Looking to tighten up. There is a current Cooltone special I would like to take advantage of but am reading that Emsculpt also can help with fat reduction. Is this true of the regular Emsculpt (not the neo)? The medical spa I go to does both and says there's no difference.

Which treatment option is more effective in terms of results? Emsculpt or Cool tone?
