I already paid for a Cool-sculpting treatment and it included a free Cool-tone treatment. They just informed me the Cool tone treatment expires before I had planned doing the Cool-sculpting treatment. I don't want to loose the free Cool tone treatment so my question is: If I do Cool Tone 1 month before my Cool sculpting treatment can it have negative effects?
Answer: CoolTone before CoolSculpting I normally treat patients with CoolSculpting first, to reduce as much fat as possible, and then treat with CoolTone afterwards. However, having a CoolTone treatment first should not give any negative effects to a CoolSculpting treatment done afterwards.

Answer: Cooltone before Coolsculpting Great question! The answer is no, there are not any negative effects of doing Cooltone before Coolsculpting. These treatments really compliment each other and can be performed in either order. In general I recommend Coolsculpting first in order to debulk an area which serves to make the results from Cooltone more readily visible. This is especially relevant when treating the abdomen. Some patients are eager to debulk and tone quickly, so piggy backing (alternating between Cooltone and Coolsculpting) the treatments can also make sense. Good luck on your journey!

Answer: Cooltone Doing Cooltone first will not have any negative side effects but you should do coolsculpting first to reduce fat ,. Doing only a single Cooltone treatment is not going to make much if any change as it’s supposed to be a series of 4-6 treatments , not one
