I'd like to get BroadBand Light (BBL) on face, neck, and chest. My neck has very little fat and pretty thin skin. Could BBL damage my thyroid? I'm worried BBL could damage my thyroid and slow down my metabolism and cause weight gain.

Answer: BBL and thyroid function? Englewood Cliffs NJ
The quick answer would be yes because you are a skin type I on the Fitzpatrick scale. However, if a chemical peel caused hyperpigmentation then I would be cautious getting a light based treatment. There is no photo attached. If you would like to add one then I can give you my best recommendation.
BBL HERO should be performed prior to RF microneedling to optimise results
Skin becomes red and sensitive after RF microneedling
Ideally I would do the two treatments 2 weeks apart, but it is OK to combine them if the client's schedule is tight
