Airsculpt is a trademarked term owned by elite body sculpture.

It is in many ways like any other trademarked term like aspirin, Coca-Cola, big Mac, Toyota Prius etc. etc.

There are many different variables that should be differentiated.

Elite Body Sculpture does a combination of power assist and liposuction with Laser assisted Liposuction. Liposuction can be done using a local anesthesia, local anesthesia with sedation or general anesthesia. anesthesia has really nothing to do with the procedure itself it’s just how the patient is kept comfortable.

recovery from liposuction is related to how aggressive the treatment is and what areas are being treated.

By far the most important variable and the only one I recommend patient focus on is the skill and experience of the provider.

Plastic surgeons who work for elite body sculpture tend to have extensive experience with these procedures because Elite is a specialty clinic that only offers Liposuction and fat Transfer procedures for the most part. still, it’s not Elite Body Sculpture that does the Surgery it is a specific individual provider.

Large medical groups will have providers with different experience and different degrees of talent.

Overall Elite Body Sculpture has a good reputation and has done a good job hiring talented providers.

There are advantages and disadvantages of going to corporate I run clinics versus independent providers.

As always I recommend patients have multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons whether they work for a national company or not.

Do not believe everything you read on the Internet about different methods of liposuction. Essentially, liposuction is liposuction. In spite of the claims by the people advertising their method of liposuction, you cannot simply pluck cells out daintily with no injury to the tissues. I was among the 1st group trained in the United States to do liposuction by the Europeans developers and did research on its effects for a number of years before we determined exactly what was happening in the body. I still use essentially the original method of liposuction. In spite of this, I do a great deal of it under local anesthesia and my patients recover exceptionally rapidly, as rapidly as claimed by many people on the Internet. The type of anesthesia and the recovery depends on how much fat you wish removed at one time. Many of the procedures I now do are done under local anesthesia, incisions are closed with Steri-Strips and are essentially invisible within several weeks, and my patients are back to normal activities by the next day. Instead of looking for a height method of liposuction on the Internet, you simply need to find a plastic surgeon who has been doing liposuction for some time, does a lot of them, and has excellent results.
