At this point in your recovery, it is much too soon to be worried about the outcome. It takes time for the swelling to resolve. It may be 6 months or more before the shape has reached its final look. Be patient. Watch your physical activity. Everyone is different.

What is another alternative to epinephrine during a tummy tuck and liposuction?

Epinephrine has 2 purposes during the procedure. The first is that it causes the lidocaine, which is the local anesthesia, to last longer. Secondly, it causes vasoconstriction which reduces the risk of bleeding and bruising. You can certainly use the lidocaine without the epinephrine. I would...

There a variety of tummy tuck scars, each with their trade-offs.  Typically the longer the scar, the more skin tightening you can achieve.  Based on your photos, I would recommend the traditional tummy tuck scar where the incision is hidden in your underwear line.  If there is not...

I would avoid doing anything that could disturb your result. many stupid things have been done after 5 or more drinks.
