Tear trough fillers, white raised lump under both eyes (Photo)

The tear troughs are a difficult area for injections with dermal fillers, and from your photo it looks like perhaps the filler here is too close to the surface of the skin.  It may be worth waiting a total of two weeks since the top-up, and see if it settles down. What kind of filler was used? Most commonly used fillers can be dissolved. My advice would be to consult your aesthetic physician and consider dissolving this filler if it does not improve shortly.

It appears that you had too much filler placed too superficially. There can be some swelling, making it look worse, so you can give it some more time to see if it will improve. If you are still unhappy after that you can get it dissolved with hyaluronidase, assuming that a HA filler was used. I recommend discussing you concerns with your physician. Good luck!

Depending on the filler that was used is the treatment that can be rendered to help reverse  the white lumps. Hyaluronidase is a great solution to help melt hyaluronic acid fillers. It is best to go back to the office that did the injectable to get their opinion.
