I had microneedling done twice, each one month apart. Now my skin has new wrinkles, and I feel my skin has just lost it's natural oil. I am not sure if whether microneedling shrinks the pores causing less sebum to be present on the epidermis? It's very dry and rough like sand paper - will this come back to normal in some months? Also the microneedling was done in a way where the needles where kept on my skin in one spot and then dragged as a line (rather than just touching the skin and then taking it and then repeating the whole process for the face). Any advice pls?
