Would switching back and forth between microneedling and venus viva help with pitted acne scars and dark spots? (Photos)

Acne scars are very challenging to treat. Microneedling with a Health Canada or FDA cleared device for safety and effectiveness has been shown to improve acne scars. Venus Viva, nanofractional radiofrequency can also help. These procedures often work well as alternating treatments, every month or so. We often combine these treatments with PRP for additional benefit and will do targeted injections of more pronounced scars with PRP during the treatments. Sometimes undermining needle technique can be used to try and release the tethering under boxcar or icepick type scars.

Yes that would be helpful ; also consider using Sculptra topically when doing the Viva. Make sure you consult with someone that has done this procedure and is familiar with this technique.
