I had a bad thread lift and hate the shape it left me with. How hard is it to remove the threads in a mini face lift? (photos)

I had a bad thread lift done and HATE the shape it’s left me with. I plan to Have a mini face lift and want the threads removed during the lift. Can anyone tell Me how difficult that is? I’m In metro Detroit. Would any of you drs be able to do this for me rather soon? The sooner the better really. This is ruining my life. I want the threads out and my skin tightened correctly once and for all so I can look like my normal Self again
