I am 36b 15 cm 185lbs 5'5 left breast is slightly smaller. I would like to know recommendations. I do not plan to lose weight and am a very curvy girl.

Answer: Increase size from B-D I would have to say given the information you will achieve a D cup, in fact if you go to Victoria Secret, if could be slightly larger based on the style of bra.

Answer: At least One cannot say for certain without examining you in person and taking measurements, coupled with the fact that cup size varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, and a 38D cup is much larger than a 32D cup.That being said, however, based on your photo, I would say a 450cc MPP implant will make you at least a D cup, possibly even larger.
