Will 450cc mod+ sub muscle silicone implants help me achieve D cup?

I am 36b 15 cm 185lbs 5'5 left breast is slightly smaller. I would like to know recommendations. I do not plan to lose weight and am a very curvy girl.

At size 36 B each 200 cc’s of implant corresponds to 1 cup
size change.  400 cc implants would take
you up to size D.  I always recommend
small round textured silicone gel implants placed retro-pectoral since they
look and feel more natural, are more stable, less likely to ripple or have
complications needing revision.  Implant
profile is irrelevant in the retro-pectoral position since the muscle
compresses it.  In your photograph, your
breasts are slightly lower than optimal. 
For that reason, I recommend a circumareola approach to lift your
breasts and correct the asymmetries in the position of your areolas.  Since your breasts are different sizes, you

I specifically never promise patients a certain cup size
because all brand’s differ on what is considered a “D cup,” etc.In addition, just because you are getting
450cc implants, this is not enough information alone to determine what size you
will be post-op. It also depends on how much breast tissue you have initially,
and it seems you have somewhat large breasts to begin with.You very well could end up being larger than
a D cup with 450cc implants.My advice
is that it is best to discuss your goals and desired outcomes with a board
certified plastic surgeon and focus on the desired look you are trying to
achieve and do not focus on a certain cup size.

I would have to say given the information you will achieve a D cup, in fact if you go to Victoria Secret, if could be slightly larger based on the style of bra.

One cannot say for certain without examining you in person and taking measurements, coupled with the fact that cup size varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, and a 38D cup is much larger than a 32D cup.That being said, however, based on your photo, I would say a 450cc MPP implant will make you at least a D cup, possibly even larger.

Thanks for your question and picture.  This question is difficult to answer with photos only and even difficult to answer in person.  Cup size varies tremendously between manufacturer's as well band size.  The best thing to do is have an in person examination with a board certified plastic surgeon so proper measurements can be taken and a complete exam done.  A range of implants can then be suggested to meet your goals.

Thanks for your question and picture. It is hard to say what implant size is right for you without examining you and doing some measurements. Measuring the base diameter in particular will give you an idea of the width of the implant to be considered. Undoubtedly you will be much larger that a simple D with a 450CC implant looking at your photo. Implant size is
a very personal decision, and it depends on the result you are looking for. First of all, there is no uniform cup size; cup sizes vary from bra company to company. Many patients who already wear a B cup bra notice that getting 450cc implants often end up wearing a D cup bra or larger, depending on the bra that they choose. Based only on your photograph, 450cc implants could result in a size larger than a D cup. In
my practice, my patients come in and try on different implant
sizes during their preoperative appointment with the nurse so they get a good
idea of the size. Your surgeon will also base his/her decision of implant size
and shape on your individual breast measurements. You do not want an implant
that is too broad for your frame, and conversely, you want one that will give
you enough volume and fullness at the top. There are many different styles now
available for different body types and needs. To give you an idea of how cc's correspond to the
amount of fluid, 25cc is about 2 TBS. I wish you the best with your decision.

Discussing your goals (or evaluating the outcome of) for breast augmentation surgery in reference to specific cup sizes is NOT a good idea and can be a source of miscommunication. 
Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is:

1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully.  Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you're looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.
2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals  with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining  breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. 
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as   “natural”  or “C or D cup”  etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
 Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup  size may also be inaccurate. The use of computer imaging may be helpful during this communication process.

3.  Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly,  allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals.  Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery.

The best cosmetic result in any particular breast augmentation patient depends on a variety of factors, including: your individual anatomy, realistic expectations, a thorough discussion with the plastic surgeon about the options, and an understanding of the pros and cons of any particular implant choice. Proper sizing is not just about the number of cc’s. The thickness of your tissue, breast dimensions which include the width, height, and projection, as well as chest wall width all need to be considered when choosing an implant. Trying on implant “sizers” of various shapes and volumes while wearing a tight t-shirt, bra, or bathing sit at a preoperative visit will help you and your surgeon choose the optimal implant.There are no manufacturers' standards for cup sizing in the bra industry. The cups of a 32 D and a 38 D are significantly different. Cup size varies from manufacturer to manufacturer and even within styles from any particular manufacturer. Keep in mind that following the advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you exactly what to do without examining you, physically feeling the tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history, and discussing the pros and cons of each operative procedure would not be in your best interest. I would suggest you find a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) that you trust and are comfortable with.
