Hello. Eight days is not enough time for swelling to go down. You will remain swollen for about another three months and I would not be too worried about your outcome until then. On average roughly 30% of the fat injected will be reabsorbed.

Thank you for your question, at 8 days post op you are still very swollen, it will take a couple of weeks for the swelling to be reduced and for you to see your actual results, however 450cc is a very conservative amount.

Thank you for your question. 450 cc's is a conservative Brazillian Butt Lift.  With time your buttocks will go down. You are at the point of maximum swelling at this time. No need to get alarmed. Best wishes.

One week after any kind of liposculpture ( liposuction + fat graft ) is too soon to be able to see final results . 

My advice is to be patient , since as days go by your body will reshape and you will probably be happy with your results.
