Will constant use of a nasal dilator cause damage? (photos)

I would say if the nasal dilator isn’t causing any problems for you, then that speaks for itself. If the device puts excessive pressure on the tissues, then tissue erosion could occur. It sounds like you’re doing fine with the device, so I see no reason to stop using it if you find it helpful.
