Tickle lipo is a tool used to perform power assisted liposuction and the answer is yes, tickle Lipo can be used for fat removal from the mons pubis. There are other power assisted devices such as Vaser® and Microaire® which are more powerful. Also, I think the company that manufactures this device went out of business. I am no longer able to receive service on my Tickle Lipo device so I do not use it any more.

However pubic area can be treated with Liposuction. In some cases, if there is an excess of skin, surgical removal may also be necessary. In my clinical practice, I use the combination of Tickle Lipo with Vaser for an effective and safer procedure for remove fat in this area. Tickle lipo (Nutational Infrasonic Liposculpture) is an FDA-approved fat removal procedure using infrasonic technology. This procedure can be performed on local anesthesia and can be done also in other parts of the body including abdomen, flanks, back, thighs arms etc. in my opinion the combination of Vaser lipo + Tickle lipo and possible Renuvion can improve the probability of skin tightening in the area treated. I would advice to make an appointment with a with a surgeon expert in body contouring and skin tightening procedures for a medical/surgical assessment in order to make a bespoke surgical or medical treatment. If the bulge is due to fat, Tickle Lipo, smart Lipo, Vaser Lipo or even manual Lipo would work in reducing the bulge, however, Kybella might be a simpler option for reducing the small amount of fat. However, if the bulge is due to you muscle, liposuction or Kybella will not address the issue....
