What is the difference between Tickle Lipo and Coolsculpting?

I'd like to get more information about the benefits for both treatments, cost and downtime. Is the procedure painful?

If you have small problem areas you can use non invasive methods like Coolsculpting with Vanquish or trusculpt iD to get small areas of fat reduced. Skin also tightens if you combine this with Exilis Ultra, Venus Legacy, and Inmode Forma/Contoura radiofrequency treatments. You boost the results from Coolsculpting if you add in Kybella injections to melt fat as well.  We often combine Coolsculpting with shock therapy like ZWave, EVIVE, and Cellutone to get even faster results, more improvement, and less risk of combinations like nodules, swelling, neuropathy or paradoxical hyperplasia. Coolsculpting often takes a few treatments separated 8 to 12 weeks apart to get significant improvement.   However, to get the most fat removal, contouring, skin tightening and definition, a VASER HI-DEF liposuction / liposculpture procedure with ThermiRF, Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite and fat grafting is your best bet.  Liposuction is generally used to remove larger amounts of fat tissue, but it’s a more invasive procedure with the tickle lipo tool making incisions into problem areas to suck fat out of your body. Tickle liposuction involves surgically intervening to remove fat while coolsculpting is a no surgical way of removing fat. Tickle lipo involves mechanically sucking out the fat while coolsculpting involves attaching a device to the area to be treated and cooling it which leads to removal of fat cells.

Tickle Lipo is a form of liposuction that uses a cannula that has a nutational movement that frees the fat cells up and removes them with significantly less trauma than traditional liposuction yet is just as effective. The benefit to Tickle Lipo is the ability to sculpt the body. During the procedure, patients will feel either a weird sensation, a slight tickling sensation, or some mild-moderate discomfort when performed as an awake lipo procedure. In addition to local (tumescent) anesthesia most patients receive a mild sedative and pain medication. Most centers are now offering nitrous oxide (laughing gas) during the procedure as well. Downtime is typically 2 to 3 days off work and out of the gym for 2-3 weeks.Coolsculpting is a treatment that involves freezing the targeted fat cells so that they go into programmed cellular death and then are reabsorbed by the body through natural processes over the next 8-10 weeks. The advantages of Coolsculpting are that you can target specific areas of concern and there is no downtime. There is a mild discomfort in the initial treatment time as the tissue is brought to a freezing level. Immediately after the treatment the targeted area is massaged for a short period and that can be a little uncomfortable. Following your treatments you can return to your normal activities without downtime.It is difficult to address the cost as this is going to vary from office to office.
