PDO Threading for Cellulite

My doctor has recommended this procedure for Stage 3/4 cellulite and states that it will restructure fibers together with subcision and help rebuild collagen with results that will last longer than cellfina. Thoughts on using PDO threads for this purpose and whether it should work short or long term?
