I am 30yrs/130 lbs. Igot a kenalog injectionas a child and it caused tissue/fat loss, a little atrophy on both sides on my butt. Now that I have gained some weight it is much more noticable and it bothers me wearing tight clothes. I have been told it needs subcision (a release of fibrous bands of the tethering scar tissue) I am back in school, And can only take a few days off, to get this done. I am wondering if there is a doctor who can perform this subcision/scar release Please Help
