BioTe Pellet and Surgery?

I’m scheduled for BA and back lipo in 2 weeks . When my surgeon asked me to stop taking my HRT 3-4 weeks before surgery I explained it’s in a pellet so I can’t stop it. Has anyone performed surgery on anyone on BioTe pellets and if so, what is the protocol?Ie., be put on Heparin or Lovenox before surgery, etc. Does BioTe pellet HRT pose less or same risk for DVT ? Thank you!

You appear to be developing some hypertrophic scarring which is treatable. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and discussing your concerns.

Your implants are too large and heavy for your tissue and have caused the pulling and stretching. I would suggest going down in size and the pocket could be tightened as well.

I would suggest going back to your surgeon and trying on both sizes. If you are still uncertain, go with the larger size.
