On 3rd belly button revision- is it worth going to a new dr? (photos)

I am 34, I had a tummy tuck in 2017 and was not pleased with my belly button so I went back to the same dr and had a revision in 2018, then again in 2020 and now I just had another one in 2022. Each time it has the aame outcome and scar has actually got worse. Is there hope a different PS could get better results, or is it just how my body heals?
