This is my second implant, implantech silicone AC-XL, submental. It elongates my face and looks/feels unnatural as there is no enough soft tissue on the projection point of the implant. I would like to know if this is the proper location for a chin implant, or is it sitting too low, or is it actually too large? Should I better remove it and do a fat transfer? I'm seeking second opinions, because at this point I'm desperate and panicking at the idea of another revision that might again go wrong.
