Strong jaw muscles are usually reason for wide, square jaw look. Reduction of muscle volume with Botox is simplest and very efficient procedure.  However, it last as long as Botox  (4-8 months in our experience). Besides that option, surgical reduction is the only one that can be done to permanently reduce volume of the masseter muscles. It is very extensive procedure in comparison to Botox but it is permanent.
