What could be causing my skin to peel off after a hair transplant? (Photo)

It's been a month since surgery and my skin keeps peeling off (I circled them) when I put pressure on it it comes off but with a lot of hair. What should I do? Just clean the whole thing off or slowly wash it and let it be?

Hello. I think the best thing for you is to make an appointment with your doctor and get it checked out. It’s difficult to see and assess with the pictures you provided.

First, make a follow up visit with your surgeon.  I do not feel that there is much to be worried about, since it is typical to have hair shedding and not uncommon to have some dry skin following the procedure.  I would refrain from pressure on the recipient area and continue to lightly wash.
