It’s been 9 months since my breast augmentation. I now have pinching and pain when I massage my right breast. Thoughts?

Question

Breast augmentation soreness 1-yr post-op. Breast are still soft and look fine. I have soreness when I move it and can feel the pain shoot to my back and my armpit. I also have pinching of my nipple.

This is a very rare postoperative sensory nerve scarring or entrapment maybe. Only in person detailed examination by an experienced boarded PS could offer a determination  of possible dx and treatment options.
