12 days post-op. Is severe pain normal at two weeks post breast augmentation?

Im 12 days po from a submuscular BA with underboob incisions and still experiencing extreme pain under my right breast near the armpit/incision. At times I would call the pain excruciating. It hurts most when laying down which makes it very hard to sleep or move my right arm. I’ve told my PS several times and he says everything is fine because there is no swelling/fever and tells me to take my pain meds. Is it normal to have this level of pain two weeks post op and to still be on narcotics??
