Why do I have rolls on my stomach after Lipo? (photos)

I've had lipo done about 2 1/2 weeks ago and my stomach looks horrible. When I'm standing, my stomach looks okay but when I bend over or sit I have rolls and pockets of what look like fat. Is this fluid retention? Is it because I'm swollen still? And how long will it be this way?

This looks like irregularities after hi def lipo.  Its likely he was too agressive and went too superficially.  did they not treat your arms/chest?  I suggest you see a vaser 4D contouring specialist, this may require a revision procedure.  at this time I would suggest venus legacy, vanquish and...

Many plastic surgeons do not do liposuction below the knee because of the longer time of swelling and the increased risks. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing your options.
