Which is required for a mouth full of broken molars: Implant, crown?

Quad 1 have #8 broken half #7 #6 half broke completely broke still root in gums. Quad 2 #8 half broke #7 completely broke with root intact . Quad 3 #8 completely broke with root in gum My right side of mouth is sensitive, aches, Mild headaches. I'm looking for a dentist to see what is needed for this repair. how much will this cost? procedure done in 1 visit? What are my option Implant, crown, something else ? Will I be under local / general anthesia ? How long will I need to take off work ?
