Hi all, I was wondering if being on your period could cause your breast to feel hard and swell up? I am 20 days post-op, I had a BA using 450cc & 475cc saline implants under the muscle. I'm 5'9 and about 160lbs. I went from a 34A/36B to about a 36C/34D. My breast kind of feel the way they felt the first week after surgery.
