H pylori infection caused my capsular contraction?

I have h pylori infection and I did let my ps know I had it prior to my surgery, he said it was ok and I could still go through my procedure. About 5 months post op I noticed my left breath firmer and higher, turns out I do have cc. I did my research in allergen and on their website it says no one with an active infection should get a breast augmentation. Is my h pylori the cause of getting capsular contraction and if so why did my ps go ahead with the procedure? ??

This photographs is not very helpful to tell whether anything is wrong.  You must check in with your surgeon to be sure.  A rapid swelling could be a hematoma, which may require surgery and could result in a capsule later.

At two months everything should be pretty well healed.  If you have a new bump it needs to be evaluated and addressed by the surgeon.
