In your situation the only way to achieve fullness is with breast implants.  The feel of fullness cannot be achieved with a lift.

Based on your photos alone, you appear to be a reasonable candidate for a breast lift. This will improve the shape of your breasts so they don't look so long and droopy. If you really do not want implants and are looking for a change in shape, see a board certified plastic surgeon about your options. Hello, thanks for your question, you have two options for increase the volume of your breast, the first and the one that you going to get better results is breast implants with breast lift, this will give you better aesthetic result because you will have better projection, definition and shape of your breasts and cleavage, and the second option is using your own fat, this can take several sessions and one part of the total injected fat can be grafted can be necrosis and absorption, fibrosis and formation of depressions in the areas that has been lost volume.Some radiologists report that after infiltration of fat at the level of the mammary gland may have radiological changes in the breast, and the study and follow-up is more reliable when the gland is not slander with body fat from other areas.

Thanks for your question and photos.  From what I can see on your photo, you would do well with a breast lift (mastopexy).  If you really desire upper pole fullness, you should consider an implant.  However, it is possible to help push some of the breast tissue more superiorly with a breast lift, but it does not give the same effect as an implant.  Another option would be a breast lift with autologous (your own) fat grafting.  Fat can be harvested from your abdomen, thighs, or flanks and then injected into the upper breast pole fat to help augment the fullness.  Best wishes.  

Dear Nena,In order to create more fullness in your breasts without the use of implants you would require a breast lift operation, possibly followed by, or coupled with a fat transfer procedure to restore upper pole breast fullness.  The need for fat transfer would depend on the type of lift procedure that you received.  Seek consultation with an American Board of Plastic Surgery board certified plastic surgeon for a discussion of your options.  Good luck!
