Nasolabial folds and mouth corners turning at 24. Will facial exercises or losing weight or facial fillers help? (photo)

Based on your history of recent weight gain and your photos, I think the first suggestion would be to see if you could lose some weight, and then  judge whether the weight loss has improved the appearance of your face.  You have relatively full cheeks, including the area just beyond the corners of the mouth, and fat in these areas will create deepening of the so-called nasolabial and marionette folds, as well as turn the corners of the mouth downward.  After weight loss, I would expect your skin is firm enough to retract back into a normal position.  However, if some depressed folds still existed, then the simplest treatment would be to inject a small amount of filler to help even out the contours nicely.  Finally, as a last resort and if you weren't able to reduce this area with weight loss, a conservative liposuction just beyond the marionette folds could reduce fullness there.

You have a full face, so weight loss may reduce the problem without fillers.  However, you may still need some modification, if those problems do not resolve to your satisfaction.  Gentle filling with relatively small amounts of a filler such as Restylane into the upper outer cheek area and at the corners of the mouth should produce the change you wish.
