Would liposuction of the upper arms be considered two areas?

The chin and both arms would be considered three areas. Every surgeon charges differently. Some charge by area. Some charge by the amount of fat removed. While you do want to be cost conscious, you do not want to bargain shop. A successful liposuction outcome is almost entirely dependent on the skill and experience of your surgeon. Hope this helps. 

Well unfortunately there are no pictures. Different surgeons will have different answers. I consider the arms to be one area. If you do your chin and your arms I would consider this two areas. I strongly recommend that the most important decision in picking your surgeon is number one that he or she is a board certified plastic surgeon.
