I believe the reason some men are more prone to abdominal fat than others, is because they have more fat cells in the area. Even, if lipo cannot directly reveal your abs, it reduces the # of fat cells by the billions, thus making it easier to reveal you abdominal muscles on your own with dieting and exercise. Also, the fat removed by lipo is subcutaneous, which is the one that prevents people from seeing their abdominal muscles. The only benefit of lipo is the reduction of fat cells.
