I feel like my butt is big enough but I would like to improve the back to butt slope a little, would lipo be enough or should I consider a fat transfer to the top of my butt? I want a little more projection on the top of my butt, but not extreme. I'm 5'5" 175lbs

Thank you for your question. It is possibly a fat necrosis and usually get better over a period of 3 months. Massage or venus legacy may help, but you need to talk to your surgeon. Please follow instructions and re evaluate in 3 months.
Hormones change after liposuction this could be a factor, in general though, this shouldn't be something that is common after liposuction. Best, Dr. Emer.
