What can I do if the incision from breast fat transfer is not healing properly? (Photo)

I had abdominal lipo fat transferred to breasts. 3 weeks post op, my incisions including the bad ones from the sides are starting to close, but the one on my right breast is 5mm wide and 3mm deep. I wish I had it stitched up as it is not closing itself. The incision on the other breast is just like a minor cut though. I have a hard time to see this large hole will heal without scar. It is located right above the crease of the breast so even wearing plunge tops would show. What can I do now?
