You are still very early in your healing phase.  The best thing at this point is to keep close communication with your plastic surgeon and follow all post operative instructions.  Best wishes. 

You need to be very careful with your activities for 3 months, or you may lose fat, especially with running and bouncing.

I would consult with your surgeon or a dermatologist to see what can be done, such as possible laser treatment once you are fully healed.
