In general, after fat grafting to breasts, you will want to avoid firm pressure to any areas of the breast so that there is no injury to any of the transferred fat cells. This includes very tight and/or underwire bras and laying directly on your breasts when resting. After a few weeks of recovery, you can resume wearing any bras that are comfortable. You will need to follow your physician's protocol with regard to how long he/she wants you to wear a compression garment over your fat donor areas.
