Question

It's about about the size of an O as appeared on the screen. Not raised or causing any discomfort it's just there. Haven't had any complaints with any women. Just curious if that's normal or common or if I should be worried

While it is reassuring that the lesion is small, uniform in color, has discrete margins, and is asymptomatic, nothing substitutes for a thoughtful physical exam, and as a South Florida resident, you should consider getting routine total body skin surveillance a couple of times each year.  See an experienced Board Certified Dermatologist for assessment.
