Hi, I had a forehead and brow lift/contouring like 6 years ago I have titanium screws I guess around the incision area that goes from ear to ear along the crown(?) area , is it safe to have hifu treatment on the brows and forehead or face at all???

You can definitely have HiFU treatments even though you have titanium plates and screws in your face. I however do not support this procedure as it appears to burn a great deal of subcutaneous fat, resulting in volume loss of the face and considerably more aged look approximately one year post procedure. if you want to look younger and like yourself I would recommend using autologous fat grafting, which should provide you with natural and long-lasting results.
