Sagging midface and jowls, what's the best non surgical and least invasive procedure for best results?

I believe that you would be a great candidate for a procedure that I call Aesthetic Facial Balancing. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

The reason for my header being "The best long-term result would actually be invasive: Facial Fat Transfer combined with RF lasers" is because facial fat transfer WILL be more cost-effective in the long term and it's more natural because it's your own fat; compared with fillers.

If you decide to not go down the facial fat transfer route, fillers will be your next best thing. Regardless of what route you choose; you will need to "fill" the mid-face hollowness first AND THEN tackle skin tightening.

If you don't have a skin-care routine it's essential that you begin one. Having a tried and true skin care routine will increase the quality (tightness, look and feel, texture, tone, moisture, and smoothness) of your skin and the higher quality of your skin the better the results of nearly EVERY aesthetic treatment you get and the better you'll heal for anything invasive.

If you're absolutely set on the " best least invasive procedures" for the results you desire I'd recommend sticking to injectables and RFAL lasers.
