Is it helpful to take Quercetin with Bromelain a couple of months BEFORE my BBL for faster healing afterwards?

I'm not sure if it will affect my labs or have any negative affects on me during surgery.

Anti-inflammatory for a BBL Thank you very much for this question. These substances are natural anti-inflammatories. To my knowledge there is no study regarding the effect of Quercetin and Bromelain on fat transfer. I would assume however that even if it does not have any benefit  it will most likely not have a negative effect. Have a wonderful rest of the day and greetings from the beautiful island of Jamaica

For my patients, I recommend Bromelain before surgery to assist in post operative swelling and healing. Please discuss with your surgeon in case there is a contradiction with his medication protocol or something specific to your health history. Good luck!
