Anti-inflammatory for a BBL Thank you very much for this question. These substances are natural anti-inflammatories. To my knowledge there is no study regarding the effect of Quercetin and Bromelain on fat transfer. For my patients, I recommend Bromelain before surgery to assist in post operative swelling and healing. Please discuss with your surgeon in case there is a contradiction with his medication protocol or something specific to your health history. Good luck!
