Full-face botox. What's the purpose of it? Is it worth it? Can it create a "bullfrog" chin If certain muscles are injected?

After getting regular botox on my forehead/crows feet for years, I'm familiar with it in those areas. However, I recently moved and my new (board certified) cosmetic dermatologist recommended a full-face/neck botox. What is achieved by injecting the hairline, jawline, neck & chin? After 3 weeks, I'm happy with the results with the exception of under my chin/jaw. I appear to have what I call the "bullfrog" when talking/laughing. Did the botox relax the muscles that prevent the "bullfrog" effect?

Without posted photos can not venture an educated quess! I think you might be over Botoxed and poor results can happen

I do not recommend full face Botox as there are many muscles in the lower face that can significantly change with just 1 unit difference in injections. The good thing about Botox is that the results will only last 3-4 months, so whatever you have going on will resolve with time. "This
