Is this fibrosis or a seroma on my stomach after lipo? (Photos)

I had lipo a little over a month ago in Columbia and formed a pudge when I returned home I've gotta 8 massages so far and it hasn't improved it's just painful I still feel sore I even tried to get it aspirated with the syringe and nothing came out so the doctor injected it with a steroid .. is it a seroma ? And will it go away ?

Even though the posted photos are of dark quality it is obvious there is a seroma cavity mid lower abdomen. You need a scan of the abdomen to define the cavity and potential open surgical  drainage with insertion of drainage tube. Fee in the $4,000 ranges. Or return to Columbia for complication revision by that surgeon.

It appears that either you have either inadequate liposuction in the lower abdomen or formed seroma/ scarring. Ultrasonic imaging would help to make the diagnosis followed by appropriate treatment.
