There are definitely several options that may help you and a lot of it depends as well on your underlying anatomy but it is sometimes possible to get much better contour with minimally invasive liposuction combined with skin tightening [i.e. jplasma or laser lipo]. Would love to have you come into the office to discuss it further in detail and see what your goals are!

That definitely a great question, I would recommend starting with 1-2 cc of voluma and reviewing the results as you get along, you can always add more if necessary. If you end up loving the results you can either continue with fillers or consider an implant in the future as well!

Based on the pictures I would say the best course would be to place implants in a subgladular [below the breast tissue plane] which will allow us to release that constriction. A higher profile implant will likely result in an internal lift as well and avoid the need for any other external scars. Would love to discuss this with you further in person!

Liquid rhinoplasty seems like it would be a great option for you although seeing the whole nose would make it easier to determine. It works very well with removing and blending in dorsal humps! Its a quick in office procedure and you get to go home the same day within minutes!
