Breasts pointing sideways, is this a botched boob job? (Photos)

Hi, I got teardrop implants size 360cc for both breasts, at this stage I am getting really upset looking at the results. I am small built, my base is 14cm and I thought with BA I will achievenice cleavage and breasts will be closer together. Is this a botched boob job? What can be done to fix this? Can I change implants from teardrop to round? What are my options as I don't feel it should look like this. I'm 4 months post op.

I would not classify you as a "botched" operation result. But without in person examination I can offer just some over the internet opinions. In cases like yours, where the breasts become more outward positioned especially the N/A complexes, a few issues need to be understood. #1. Your initial anatomy of the breasts from genetics or developmental constraints appear as slightly outward positioned upon the chest wall. Therefore if the incorrect style implants and volume were used the result would have been easily predictable, as seen in your results. #2. Style of implants for your breast was a poor choice, the 'tear drop' type is to narrow and tends to slide laterally. #3. Revision is a very difficult process with at least 2 to 3 additional operations in my opinion and experiences. First operation would be removal of implants and closure the lateral pockets. Plus might try some laterally placed fat grafting to rotate the N/A complexes more to midline. Than allow 3 months ++ healing. Second operation is re insertion of moderate profile+ implants in the 350 to 400 cc ranges. with potentially additional fat grafting. This is called "Composite Augmentation". Finally after another 3 months hearing if additional correction is needed than at that time the operations needed could be discussed.

I know from your question that you are unhappy with your shape, but without a full examination I don!t think.
