When a thicker dermal filler is injected superficially for this issue, I kind of expect that even though the product does not migrate to other areas - that the injection site "sunk in" creased skin has to go somewhere. So, the forehead skin would have to lower. So, droopy eyelids again in most cases?
Answer: Botox caused droopy eyes To answer your question, yes filler can be used instead of neurotoxin , but I would encourage something thin and watery like Beletero, Restylane Silk, Refyne or Defyne, or Jeuvederm Volure. That way it is not to heavy and disperses into the skin well.

Answer: Filler in forehead for static wrinkles? As you have noticed, neuromodulator in the forehead for static wrinkles can drop the brows in cases where the forehead needs to lift. These patients have static wrinkles because they subconsciously lift their brows to keep their eyes open and to see clearly. The injector who doesn't recognize this issue will inject neuromodulator and fix the wrinkles but leave a worse problem, low brows. Surgery such as blepharoplasty, brow lift, forehead lift are some procedures which might be needed. If you are trying the nonsurgical route, filler can be injected in the forehead. The safest way to do this is with cannulas, deeply onto the periosteum, in a horizontal technique. Radiesse is an option but keep in mind that it is hard to reverse, particularly in an emergency. The forehead is one of the 3 highest areas of filler associated blindness, probably about 1:100,000 risk. HA, such as Lyft or Restylane is a good choice as well and is readily reversible.

Answer: Frontalis Injections Hello. Thank you for your question. Injecting Radiesse into the lines in your forehead is not safe practice. The reason your eyebrows dropped was because you did not have our glabella injected as well. That group of muscles always needs injected if injecting the frontalis to prevent eyelids from dropping.

Answer: Neurotoxin mishap; filler for facial forehead lines As far as Botox or other neurotoxins in the forehead, it really depends on where it is placed as to the results that you will get. It sounds as if the Botox may have been injected too close to your brows, causing the droopy eyelids. However, how does one treat the deeper lines just above the brow may be your question. You can treat those lines with hyaluronic acid or Radiesse. I have done it at full strength or diluted. Both work. A thinner filler such as Restylane silk is another option. These work quite well, last a decent period of time, and don't cause your brow to droop.
