Hi I'm getting a Brazilian butt lift soon , my doctor told me he takes 5 to 6 hours for the bbl. I do not understand why it takes so long I mean I already needed to gain weight , so I have little fat on me well a little more than a little I guess lol ☺️ Is this normal ? He said he will put some medications in my body to prevent blood pressure/ clots ? If I understood right , has the medication any bad side effects ? Thank you for your help in advance

There are risks that go along with taking birth control and the blood clot risk has to be evaluated by your surgeon. You should always contact your surgeon about preoperative and postoperative instructions and concerns. Surgery and the recovery period is a complex...
The progestin only delivery probably does not increase the rate of blood clots. It is always best to ask these questions of your chosen surgeon as recommendations may be different.

Thank you for your question. It is recommended to do sit for long periods to avoid the butt get flat. Also I recommend to keep following your PS post op advice.
