Hello, thanks for your interesting question. The "faja" helps mostly to keep the new fat into the desired shape, when you sit the fat will move and will flat the results, and would more likely kill the fat cells, it is not the same the shaping effect of the girdle than all of your weight sitting on your buttocks.
