Are my BBL goals unrealistic? (photos)

I understand I will probably need a TT after my BBL but as far as butt goals.. are these pictures realistic? I have suffered with a saggy butt / dented sunk in butt cheeks all my life (super embarrassing I know!) I DO want a bubble butt, I DO want a noticeable butt BUT I do NOT want anything dramatic, I don't want my body goals like Kim K lol, I want it as natural as possible (natural as can get lol) BUT STILL a nice booty! I attached goal pics, please let me know if a BBL can help me get what I want!

Hello and Great Question.  I appreciate the time you are spending researching this procedure.  My name is Dr. Matthew J. Nykiel.  I am a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, a Fellowship Trained Cosmetic Surgeon, and a Butt Augmentation Specialist.
Based on your photos and the wish pic, I don't think that a BBL is going to meet your goals  I think you can see a significant improvement in the torso shape and roundness to your butt and hips.  I also think, based on the photos only, you are a good candidate for a BBL.  I agree you may have some excess skin that needs to be removed after lipo but I don't know that you will need a full tummy tuck.  However, if you goal is the wish pic, then I don't think a BBL will meet that goal for you.

Thank you for your question. It does appear, based on your photos, that you are a good candidate for a BBL. It is not uncommon to have a BBL and tummy tuck done at the same time. This will help reduce cost and alleviate 2 recoveries. Next step for you is to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options and goals.

Great question! It is good to have realistic expectations for any plastic surgery. Based on your photos you would be a great candidate for a BBL and the results you are looking for (noticeable, bubble butt, NOT dramatic) should be achievable. As you mentioned you may need a tummy tuck in the future. Also the "dents" on your buttocks should improve but may need further treatment with other modalities like Cellfina.  Obviously the best way to know is to have an in-person exam with a board certified plastic surgeon who can then evaluate your anatomy. Good Luck!

Thanks for the photos and question.
Based on your photos you are a good candidate for liposuction and BBL.
 I think you'll get very good results. But is not good to compare and to have too high expectations.
The fat transfer, often called Brazilian butt lift has become 
extremely popular because it allows your plastic surgeon to transform 
your entire shape. You improve your waist, hips and of course your 
buttock.But you need to combine the liposuction and BBL with a tummy tuck, otherwise you won't get the results expected.
I recommend you to make an appointment with a board plastic surgeon for a good evaluation and to talk about your goals.

Thank you for your question and photographsThe fat for a BBL can be harvested from multiple areas on your body and injected into the buttocks to build it up and give you a curvier silhouette. Sometimes, this procedure needs to be staged to achieve your cosmetic goals because injecting too much fat at once can increase the chance of more fat cells not surviving. I would recommend scheduling a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to have a physical evaluation done to see if you are a good candidate.  Based on your photographs, you would see a nice improvement in your body contour from a BBL. When I perform a BBL, I will evaluate the patient’s body to make sure that they are a good candidate for the Brazilian butt lift and assess as to which areas will be liposuctioned. Depending on the amount of fat necessary to fill the buttocks/hip area, multiple donor sites on the body may be considered.  I generally do not do a tummy tuck and BBL at the same time, I recommend staging these procedures simply because you will have to refrain from sitting on your buttocks for at least 3 weeks after a BBL which means you would need to sleep on your stomach, which may not be optimal when just having a tummy tuck.
