Can this atrophic scar caused by Infini skin burn be fixed? (Photo)

Question

I had an infini treatment of an atrophic scar on my face. The energy setting was probably way too high and my skin was burned. I have now an additional athropic skin lesion due to the infini treatment. Can any of the experts comment on the pictures whether this is reversible or what I can do next to improve the situation. thanks.

I have never seen or heard of this complication from Infini. Are you sure this was a Lutronic Infini.  I know there are several from China and Korea that are imitations. Biafine is great for this as well as Scar Recovery Gel from Skinmedica. When healed, a VBeam will help the scarring. Keep us posted.  If this is truely an Infini related problem, it is clearly a user error.  The needles were placed either too superficially, or too much power was used. The one other user error that is most likely is called bulk heating. Too many passes made in a short time period, not allowing the skin to cool between the passes. This can happen with any device if not used properly. Probably the best choice for correcting this would be Bellafill.
