Track marks from Infini laser on entire face 6 days ago, are they permanent?

Photos do not capture the track marks and a couple deep lines all over my cheeks and chin. One track is right under the next from eyes to chin along with red and purple marks on cheeks. Infini laser 6 days ago. Are the track marks permanent and is there anything I can do to get my skin back to normal? I am 58 yr old white female. Any advice would be appreciated. Laser performed by a dermatologist. I read Lutronic had 2 patients during trails with track marks. They didn't mention if it was reversible.

Infini treatments following sculptra will have no adverse affects. Sculptra is injected deeply and the infini works in the skin's dermis. Infini works best in the lower face and neck to obtain some good tightening.
